Dosage: Adults (19 years and older): Take one capsule four times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adolescents (9-18 years): Take one capsule three times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Children (4-8 years): Take one capsule once daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning: Some people may experience diarrhea at doses greater than 350 mg per day.
