Coupon codes may only be used for on-line orders and may not be combined with other coupons. On-line orders of supplements over $50 will be shipped via FedEx Ground, with delivery available only to the contiguous United States. RETURNS: 

– Patients: If you are a patient of the Center for Holistic Medicine, you may request to return any supplements, in salable condition for exchange or office credit within (15) days from the date of purchase with prior approval by our supplement team who can be reached at 866-877-6467. The product ship date is the date of purchase. Applies only to orders that have not been processed with a coupon code. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Books and DVD’s may not be returned or exchanged.
