1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of selected supplement products at the frequency you choose (e.g., every 2 or 3 months). Your payment method will be automatically charged at each billing cycle unless the subscription is modified or canceled.

2. Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal.

• Prices are subject to change; without notice.

• Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout. Your subscription item/items must be over $50 to receive free shipping

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed according to the subscription schedule you selected at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary based on location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Shipping of $15 will be charged if your subscription item is not over the $50 minimum to receive free shipping.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your account, including:

• Skipping a delivery

• Changing delivery frequency

• Updating products

• Updating payment or shipping details

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription after the second delivery and that can be done through your account dashboard.

• You will receive a email 4-5 days prior to being charged for your subscription. You are responsible for making changes before the subscription goes through on the date provided in the email.

• Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [5] days of delivery with photos for assistance.

• Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Product Availability

• If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Delay shipment
    

  • Cancel the affected shipment and issue a refund
