Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the body’s main inhibitory ‘calm and connect’ neurotransmitter and produced in the brain and spinal cord. It supports emotional balance and ease, a healthy stress response, and stable nerve transmission.  

L-Theanine is an amino acid found naturally in green tea and supports relaxation, focus, and mood.

Directions: Take 2-4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold in mouth 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals
