As the name Vitamin B Coenzyme Complex Liposome implies, all B vitamins in this formula are in the coenzyme or phosphorylated form.
Phosphorylated B vitamins are coenzymes that are energy-preloaded for immediate action without the additional conversion in the liver.

Directions:
2 full droppers sublingually or in warm water daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Squeeze dropper a few times before dispensing.
Shake well before use.
